I'm back! Bigger then sliced bread! A pop culture icon! A-la-la-la-n!
Yes: I had a HUGE hiatus from this blog. Why? Lack of inspiration following the highly successful Cheapskating Series. And of course, I've been busy with ALOT of things. But...I'm back now! And I'll endeavor to start updating again! Frequently!
Throughout this year I had been growing a very very luxurious and awesome mane. The style was business in the front, party at the back. Some people called it a mullet, I called it a mane. Some people were repulsed, others were attracted. Some people laughed, others were awed. My mum said it was cool.
Everyone said it looks gross (see the pictures?) and I got a job interview which meant I had to cut it. And I did. Not because of the petition but because I wanted a job. And no self respectable Graduate gets a job with a mane. Or mullet. Much to the relief of countless friends who were beginning to avoid me I got a barber to do it for me. I even bargained a cheaper haircut with him. That's right. Bargained with a barber. I'm not going to bother with photos of my more gentlemanly haircut.
But I regret cutting it. I wish I had it back. I really miss it when I'm having a kick of the footy and I feel the wind blowing through it. I miss the feeling of running my hands through it. Sounds sort of camp? Until you have a party in the back you will never understand.
And my neck is so cold now. Brrrrr...Perth is hardly ever this cold.
As for the job interview. Well, unluckily I didn't get it. It did open my eyes a bit more about what I want to do and how the interview process actually works. So I guess I'm better for it and stuff happens for a reason and all that stuff.
Here are two random photos that were on my phone which I though you might all enjoy.
[I chew alot of gum. With the wrappers, I make small building blocks to stack them on each other. I got up to five blocks! K O T U]Be good!
